Search for artisans near you, review their profile, and book a time that suits you.
Watch your artisan's live location on the day and message them directly in the app.

From downloading the app to getting a job done.
Download Artisio from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email address or use Google Sign-In for instant access. Choose your role as a Customer when prompted.
Allow the app to use your location or manually enter your area. Artisio uses this to show you artisans who are actually near you.
Open the app and browse service categories like Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, or Carpentry. Tap on any artisan to see their full profile, ratings, reviews, certificates, and listed services.
Select the service you need, pick a date and time from the artisan's available slots, enter your address and any notes, then submit your booking request. The artisan will accept or decline and you will be notified instantly.
Use the in-app chat to describe exactly what you need, share photos of the area, or ask any questions before the artisan arrives. No phone numbers are shared.
On the day of your booking, open the tracking screen from your bookings list. You will see a live map showing your artisan's current location so you know exactly when to expect them.
Once the artisan marks the job as complete, you will receive a notification. Your booking will move to your completed jobs history.
After the job, leave a star rating and written review. This helps other customers make informed decisions and helps great artisans get more work.
How to set up your profile and start receiving bookings.
Download Artisio and create your account. When asked to choose your role, select Artisan. You can use email or Google Sign-In.
Add a profile photo, write a bio, set your location, and fill out your experience. A complete profile with a photo receives significantly more views.
List the services you offer with descriptions and your pricing. You can add multiple services across different categories (e.g. Plumbing and Tiling).
Add any relevant trade certificates or qualifications to your profile. Customers can see these, and it significantly increases trust and booking rates.
Submit your identity document for verification. Once approved, your profile will show the verified badge. Verification is mandatory to accept bookings.
Set which days and hours you are available for bookings. This prevents customers from booking at times that do not work for you.
When a customer requests a booking, you will receive a push notification. Open the job to review the details and accept or decline. Confirmed jobs appear in your Active Jobs tab.
When it is time to head to a job, tap the Navigate button on the job card. This opens turn-by-turn directions to the customer address in Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Once you have finished, mark the job as Complete in the app. You can log the outcome as Successful or Unsuccessful. The customer receives a notification.
Customers can leave you a verified review after every job. Respond to reviews, maintain a high rating, and use tokens to promote your services and appear higher in search results.
